Brain Recovery Dashboard for Notion

A simple Notion system for rebuilding after a stroke or other disruption. It moves the work of remembering out of your head and onto the page, so your brain doesn’t have to hold everything at once.

You don’t need to be good at Notion. Setup takes about 10 minutes, then you mostly just open it and use it. On a hard day, you fill in one line. The system still works.

This is the same organizing principle behind how I organize stroke recovery in Notion.

What’s Included

  • A clean dashboard home page
  • Daily Reset Log: one intention, one small step, one thing to let go of
  • Energy and Fog Tracker: spot your good hours and protect them
  • AI Prompt Vault: save the prompts that help so you reuse instead of re-remembering
  • Weekly Review: look back without judgment
  • Identity Rebuild Log: track who you’re becoming
  • A plain-language setup guide

Who It’s For

Stroke and brain-injury survivors, people rebuilding after a life or health disruption, and caregivers setting it up for someone they love.

Pairs with the AI Cognitive Prosthetic Prompt Pack for the days your brain won’t do the thing on its own, and with One Day Forward if you want a printable version for a binder instead of a screen.

Format

Markdown and CSV files that import straight into Notion, plus a step-by-step setup guide. Works on free Notion accounts. This is a personal organization tool, not medical advice, and not a substitute for your care team.

FAQ

Do I need to already be good at Notion?

No. Setup takes about 10 minutes and the free Notion plan is enough.

Can I use this alongside a therapist or care team?

Yes. It’s built to organize your own tracking, not replace clinical care.
